Crestridge Vegetable Salsa

Want another addition for that Crestridge recipe book I’m sure you’ve started by now?! On today’s agenda is Vegetable Salsa (serving for 6).
Indgredients:
1 green, red and orange bell pepper (add more if desired), chopped
1 purple onion and 1 yellow onion, chopped
1 can of black beans (drain)
1 large can of rotel
3 fresh tomatoes, chopped
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Chill overnight.

This stuff is SOOOOO amazing. I worked as a staffer this past summer and every session I would look forward to salsa day… It’s so easy to make and really does get only better with time… I recommend it for all those class parties that you need to bring a dish in for… it will be a hit!
